Client satisfaction is at the heart of RM KANDY. Each customer is equally valued and appreciated. Returns or refunds on SALE items or customized pieces specifically tailored for the client are not accepted.
RM KANDY offers exchanges for damaged goods and size adjustments within 30 days of receiving the product. RM KANDY will not make any exchanges on products that have been worn, damaged, or returned without the original packaging. Items must be purchased through the website (online)
For any RM KANDY brand product purchased elsewhere, you must refer to the retailer's exchange or cancellation policies directly.
STEP 1: If you wish to exchange your product, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for the request of exchange.
STEP 2: Once your email has been received and approved, you will receive an email from our customer service team providing the instructions.
STEP 3: Please notify our customer service team upon shipment of your item and provide the tracking number. It is best to use USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL to ship your item (s) back.
STEP 4: Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the original goods unworn and in its original packaging. You will have 30 days to decide what you would like to receive in exchange.
RM KANDY is not liable for lost or delayed packages, for any import duty, and incorrect shipping information. RM KANDY does not cover shipping costs for exchanges and does not reimburse shipping costs for the original purchase. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
