RMKANDY does not accept returns or offer refunds on any items, including sale items and customized items.
RMKANDY offers exchanges for damaged goods and size adjustments within 10 days of receiving the product. RMKANDY will not make any exchanges on products that have been worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging.
STEP 1: If you wish to exchange your product, please email: email@example.com Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for the request of exchange.
STEP 2: Once your email has been received and approved, you will receive an email from our customer service team providing the instructions.
STEP 3: Please notify our customer service team upon shipment of your item and provide the tracking number. It is best to use USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL to ship your item (s) back.
STEP 4: Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the original goods unworn and in its original packaging. You will have 30 days to decide what you would like to receive in exchange.
RMKANDY is not liable for lost or delayed packages, for any import duty, and incorrect shipping information. RMKANDY does not cover shipping costs for exchanges and does not reimburse shipping costs for the original purchase. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
