CARE INSTRUCTIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

RM KANDY stands by their quality and offers repairs and returns for damaged goods. The collections are handmade and designed to be worn daily, however we suggest the following instructions for optimal care of your products.

FACTS
We use the best silicon stretch elastic cord for the beaded jewelry. Shower, sleep and exercise wearing the jewelry can cause damage or potentially tear the elastic silicon material. Our handmade designed bracelets are all strung on a stretch cord and comfortable to wear.

TO REMOVE
We highly suggest to roll off the jewelry as opposed to pulling it off/or over your stackable jewelry to avoid over stretching and/or tearing of the elastic silicon cord.

INSTRUCTIONS 
Chains with clasp closures are delicate, therefore they should not be pulled off the neck rather be unclasped carefully to prevent breaking. 

The Leather bracelets are handmade using the strongest jewelry glue to attach the clasp to the genuine leather piece. Men’s bracelets with clasp closure should be unclasped to open/close as opposed to pulling as this may cause for the leather to tear in time. Leather materials in general are not recommended to wear in the shower or water as they will surely get damaged. 

PEARLS 
RMKANDY uses genuine pearls so sizes and shapes may vary.  Pearls are precious, nature-crafted treasures that must be handled with the utmost care. Exposure to any chemicals, oils or cosmetics can damage their lustrous surface and harm their delicate beauty. When wearing your pearls, make sure you take them off before showering and wipe away moisture afterwards using a soft cloth so they stay as stunningly luminous as ever!

THE BEADS ARE REAL GOLD 

The beads used to create the pieces are 14K gold filled, 14K rose gold filled, and can endure water without changing colour. It is top quality and made of a thick outer layer of gold mechanically bonded together with a base metal making the jewelry highly durable, beautiful and safe for those with sensitive skin. Be cautious with salt water. In general, It is best to keep the jewelry away from hair spray, perfume, cologne, and body lotion. Such products can cause the metals to tarnish in time. 

THE BEADS ARE 925 STERLING SILVER 

The beads used to create the pieces are all 925 sterling silver and of the highest quality. This makes the jewelry durable thus allowing the pieces to last a long time and stay beautiful when cared for. The description of each piece is stated on the product, therefore if a piece is not created using silver, it will be mentioned (hence justifying the price point)

Client satisfaction is at the heart of RM KANDY. Each customer is equally valued and appreciated. Returns or refunds on SALE items or customized pieces specifically tailored for the client are not accepted.

EXCHANGES

RM KANDY offers exchanges for damaged goods and size adjustments within 30  days of receiving the product. RM KANDY will not make any exchanges on products that have been worn, damaged, or returned without the original packaging. Items must be purchased through the website (online) 

For any RM KANDY brand product purchased elsewhere, you must refer to the retailer's exchange or cancellation policies directly.

STEP 1: If you wish to exchange your product, please email: informkandy@gmail.com Please provide your name, address, order number and reason for the request of exchange.

STEP 2: Once your email has been received and approved, you will receive an email from our customer service team providing the instructions.

STEP 3: Please notify our customer service team upon shipment of your item and provide the tracking number. It is best to use USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL to ship your item (s) back.

STEP 4: Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the original goods unworn and in its original packaging. You will have 30 days to decide what you would like to receive in exchange.

RM KANDY is not liable for lost or delayed packages, for any import duty, and incorrect shipping information. RM KANDY does not cover shipping costs for exchanges and does not reimburse shipping costs for the original purchase. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
