Return & Refund Policy
At RM KANDY, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Refunds
We accept refund requests within 10 days of delivery on eligible unworn items in their original packaging. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Eligible for refunds:
- Bracelets
- Necklaces
- Anklets
Not eligible for refunds:
- Earrings (excluded for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items (all sales are final)
- Custom or personalized pieces (final sale)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery for damaged goods or size adjustments on all eligible items. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
- Email info@rmkandy.com with your name, shipping address, order number, and reason for your request.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with approval and next steps.
- Ship your item back using a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL or Canada Post) and share your tracking number with us.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. RM KANDY does not cover return shipping fees or reimburse original shipping costs. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages, incorrect shipping information, or applicable import duties.
Final Sale Items
Earrings, sale items, and custom/personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
