Politique d’expédition

Items are shipped from Canada. There is a flat rate fee of $25 for the United States and $45 for International orders. As each item is handmade, as orders come in, it may take 5 to 10 business days for them to be processed, packaged and shipped.

If your item is backordered you will be notified. Item(s) will only be shipped on business days. It is the buyer’s responsibility to give a correct address in order to receive the item(s). If item is already been shipped with an incorrect address given, we will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen item(s). Once the shipping label is made, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. When the item is shipped, RM KANDY will not be responsible for stolen, damaged or lost item(s). Should tracking information say that item(s) has been delivered but you have not received it please notify IMMEDIATELY the SHIPPING COMPANY.
